	Script to convert surface formats
	
	Supported formats:
	    ".vtk", ".vtp", ".ply", ".stl", ".xml", ".obj"
	    and FreeSurfer surfaces

	positional arguments:
	  in_surface            Input a surface (FreeSurfer or supported by VTK).
	  out_surface           Output surface (formats supported by VTK).
	                        Recommended extension: .vtk or .ply
	
	options:
	  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
	  --flip_axes FLIP_AXES FLIP_AXES FLIP_AXES
	                        Flip axes for RAS or LPS convention. Default is LPS convention (MI-Brain) [-1, -1, 1].
	  --reference REFERENCE
	                        Reference image to extract the transformation matrix to align the freesurfer surface with the T1.
	  -v [{DEBUG,INFO,WARNING,ERROR}]
	                        Produces verbose output depending on the provided level. 
	                        Default level is warning, default when using -v is info.
	  -f                    Force overwriting of the output files.
